I promise you that there are plenty of PvP whales that have dropped this game because the Devs refuse to implement any real lag abuser punishments. Give us the option to deal with out of region players. Region locking should ABSOLUTELY exist or at least the OPTION to Region Lock. If they are in a poor country that should not be my problem. If they were doing it intentionally, good riddance. I just gave up and started reporting anyone that lags. And let's not forget when you NEED to swap let's say your Hercule in to get his 2nd proc of Para/Poison off and let him be fodder for Rising Rush you magically lag to the point that the server just doesn't recognize that you ever gave that input. I'll Vanish Step after baiting theirs and then all of a sudden I can't combo and they get to abuse their lame brained Revive or Cover comp (Vegito, MUI Goku, Gogeta I'm looking at you) because a window opened up for them to switch in. Rank 55+ is when I started to notice the EXTREMELY convenient lagging.
